Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to set up and lead our new White-Collar Temp/Interim Construction desk.

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the establishment of a new desk focused on white collar temporary and interim placements within the construction sector.

You will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships, sourcing high-calibre candidates, and delivering outstanding recruitment services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and grow the White-Collar Temp/Interim Construction Desk, identifying and targeting key market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Attract, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and interim white-collar roles within the construction sector.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide informed recruitment advice and strategies.
  • Offer expert guidance to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on the construction sector, particularly in white collar roles.
  • In-depth understanding of the construction industry, including key roles, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
  • Demonstrable success in building and managing a recruitment desk, achieving targets, and delivering results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets and drive desk growth.
