Job Title: Payroll Analyst

About the Role: DHL, a leading supply chain business, is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to perform accounting processes for their operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support payroll data collection at allocated sites
  • Adhere to payroll deadlines for smooth processing
  • Support creation of SmartTime (Kronos T&A) data and TRS data from sites
  • Monthly checking and reconciliation of site payroll reports
  • Manage daily workflow tasks according to SLAs
