A rewarding role awaits you at Dunelm's thriving coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa.

We are looking for a skilled Brewing Specialist to join our team in Hereford. As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and fostering long-lasting relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a keen eye for detail when it comes to brewing coffee and other beverages. You will work closely with our team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that every customer leaves feeling satisfied.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £7.10 for those under 18 years old and £11.44 for those aged 18 and above. We believe that our staff are our greatest asset and strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
