Your Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Integration Engineer for Aircraft Systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of various systems in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and modify existing Aircraft Electrical Systems to facilitate the integration of ZeroAvia's hydrogen fuel cell powertrains.
  • Develop new Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS) designs and processes, focusing on innovative systems such as High Voltage Electrical Systems and Hydrogen Fuel Supply.
  • Integrate new cockpit systems, including Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), to effectively monitor and control the integrated powertrain.

Design and Development:

Utilize CAD software and available tools to:

  • Design and install cockpit systems.
  • Develop and install aircraft electrical systems.
  • Implement modifications and repairs to aircraft.

Analysis and Testing:

Conduct thorough analysis and testing of cockpit and aircraft electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements. Perform inspections and audits to maintain quality and conformity.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve aircraft issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.

Safety Assessments:

Support and conduct safety assessments and analyses in accordance with ARP4754B and ARP4761 standards.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive drawings, documentation, records, and reports in line with applicable procedures and regulations.

Collaboration:

Provide technical support and guidance to fellow engineers, technicians, and operators, ensuring a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest developments, best practices, and aerospace requirements to enhance our operational efficiency.
