About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Extreme Assistant at Carterton Leisure Centre Trampoline Park & Softplay. As an Extreme Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the park, working closely with the Extreme Sports and Duty Managers to oversee daily activities, manage stock, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the trampoline park and softplay area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and financial targets
  • Assist with stock control, sales, and promotions
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
