About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Product Owner to join our Engineering Technologies Team, within our Airline Engineering department. This role is based within our Head Office (with hybrid working) at Leeds Bradford International Airport and is part of the overall Engineering Technologies & Predictive Analytics Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritise the product backlog for our engineering technology solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define features, and create detailed specifications.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in product management, with experience in developing and launching digital and data products.
  • Experience with both Scrum and waterfall methodologies, with a preference for Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
