Abbatt Property Recruitment is a leading agency in the Residential Property industry, placing talented professionals in roles throughout London. As a skilled Recruitment Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, driving business growth and exceeding targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial operations recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering results and creating a motivating work environment. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, sourcing top talent, and representing the team at Manager's Meetings.

Our perm team focuses on recruiting property professionals, particularly in concierge, property manager, and building manager roles. We take a consultative approach, building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and the wider organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing warm desk relationships: providing market insights-based consultative advice to existing clients and nurturing relationships
  • Business development: engaging with new clients to expand our network and drive business growth
  • Liaising with the sales team to collaborate on business objectives and strategies
  • Sourcing candidates through innovative channels, including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs, and producing compelling bios for client submissions
  • Networking and client entertainment

Your Management Responsibilities:

  • Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans and goal setting
  • Regular one-on-ones with team members to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide guidance
  • Representing the team at Manager's Meetings to contribute to company strategy and policy decisions
  • Performance management and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive results
  • Implementing initiatives and projects from senior management to drive business growth and improvement

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000, plus commission (OTE £90-£100,000), along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, private healthcare insurance, employee assistance program, interest-free season ticket loan, training opportunities, gym contributions up to £60 per month, and regular social events.
