
Supportive Learning Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Emotional Wellbeing Teacher to join our team in Carmarthenshire Secondary Teaching and Learning Centre Burry Port. The successful candidate will work with secondary-aged pupils who demonstrate social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, providing emotional wellbeing support to address their unique needs.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with students with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- An Enhanced DBS check.
- A good level of conversational Welsh (Level 3).
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing tailored educational programs to meet the individual needs of students.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track student progress.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £32,433 - £49,944 per annum, plus a range of benefits including automatic enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to staff health and wellbeing support.
