We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Littlecote House Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our rooms and public areas.
  • Work collaboratively with our housekeeping team to achieve our goals and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our hotel's facilities, services, and products to provide informed recommendations to our guests.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our housekeeping department, including participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
