Your mission will be to ensure we have a robust performance narrative that guides and informs our delivery efforts, identifying key trends and collaborating with internal and external teams to develop and implement improvement plans. In this role, you will oversee performance management, coordinating the completion of performance reports, and ensuring accuracy and transparency. You will also work closely with our Business Intelligence team to continuously evolve the business intelligence platform, ensuring it remains dynamic and responsive to our needs. As a senior leader, your passion for driving planning, performance, and improvement will be vital in leading the ongoing development of an integrated Performance Improvement Framework, ensuring alignment with internal, local, and national standards. You will be responsible for forecasting and monitoring the trajectory of improvement, particularly when standards fall short, to ensure swift, effective action in full support of the Director of Delivery.   • Educated to master's degree level or equivalent experience working at a similar level in a relevant area.
  • Extensive leadership experience, experience in high-level decision-making, significant experience in developing and implementing quality improvement strategies.
  • Working in a management role in health care or local government or other relevant/transferable experience.
Skills
  • Significant change and/or management experience within clinical and/or across organisational services in the NHS. Experience of having dealt with external bodies and regulatory bodies.
  • Proven high-level experience and technical competence of using appropriate IT applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
