About the Role:

As a Senior Accountant at the Highland Council, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to the Capital/LC team. The role is permanent and requires 35 hours/week of work. The salary for this position is between £47,000 - £52,000 p.a., which is HC10.

Key Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Local Government financial procedures.
• Qualified membership of a Professional Accounting body (CCAB or other).
• Budgetary control experience.
• HND in Accounting or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
