Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business leaders to design, deliver, and manage new talent programs that align with our strategic skills plan and inclusion strategy.
  2. Identify opportunities for future talent development programs that align with our people resilience and inclusion strategy.
  3. Lead planning discussions with HRBP's and business leaders to explore new opportunities for talent programs.
  4. Support attraction events and assessment centers to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  5. Collaborate with line managers to manage the on-going learning experience, performance, and progression of new talent.
  6. Partner with our Academy to develop a diverse network of mentors to support new talent.
  7. Manage relationships with training providers to ensure our training is fit for purpose and value for money.
  8. Ensure appropriate safeguarding protocols are in place to keep our new talent safe and well.
