About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Markdeldegan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 20+ customer accounts, including key accounts in the aerospace, marine, and military sectors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, friendly, and memorable.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, loading them onto our system in a timely manner.
  • Perform general office administration duties, including maintaining up-to-date customer databases and ensuring that all customer communications and actions are recorded.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
