This role requires a strong background in customer service and sales, with proven success in outbound B2B telesales roles. A professional telephone manner, high levels of motivation, and excellent organisation skills are also essential. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport quickly, deliver outstanding customer service, and secure new business partnerships.
