We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering department and drive cultural, operational, and process-focused change. This is a unique opportunity to shape the role and make a significant impact on our site and wider business.

About the Role
  • Take full operational responsibility for the entire engineering department with 5 direct reports and an indirect team of circa 20 engineers.
  • Develop strategic plans, establish new targets, and track progress across maintenance, process, asset engineering, and capital projects.
  • Drive engineering change culturally, operationally, and process-focused.
  • Harness and develop the engineering department, coaching and nurturing the engineering team to their full potential.
  • Owning sites regulatory compliance and validation challenges/requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will run the engineering department for the site.
  • Drive engineering change.
  • Harmonise, integrate, and develop the engineering department.
  • Drive safety.
  • Own the site's regulatory compliance and validation challenges/requirements.
About You
  • A proven leadership background in driving an engineering operation of a suitable regulated manufacturing facility.
  • Experienced in multiple ISO standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO13485.
  • Strong appreciation of QHSE and ability to effectively influence other internal stakeholders.
  • Aware of world-class manufacturing.
  • Proven change management and people leadership skills.
