**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in shop floor supervision and will be able to motivate and lead a team of retail assistants to deliver outstanding results. You will work closely with the shop manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work closely with the shop manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment* Be responsible for the development of your team through coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback* Take responsibility for motivating and guiding your team to ensure the control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll* Support the shop manager with recruitment and induction of new team members

**Requirements:**

* A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Proven experience as a manager, team leader, or supervisor* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
