About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Central London team, specializing in Building Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and winning opportunities for investor/Landlord refurbishment projects, providing strategic dilapidations advice, and preparing and negotiating associated claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development activities to grow the west end project offering and strengthen our relationship with Royal London Asset Management.
  • Create a strong internal and external profile for the Central London Refurbishment team to support growth and expansion of the right work.
  • Develop own pipeline from new and existing clients.
  • Actively contribute to meeting or exceeding national PDS team target for 2023, including a personal contribution of £250,000+ through self-delivery of Building Consultancy work.
  • Support Robin Swaffield in undertaking the role of BC Client Relationship Manager for RLAM in the London region.
  • Wider business generation and cross selling - Make every effort to identify and secure new/target business opportunities for all service lines, sectors and offices within P&DS and through cross selling to the wider business.
  • As the team grows and junior colleagues join, undertake line manager responsibilities as required, ensuring they are supported to develop their own skills/knowledge and progress their career.
Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of commercial property and investment services.
