Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic finance team in Warrington, with occasional visits to our Irlam office.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with accounts administration for both companies. The successful candidate will work approximately 20-30 hours per week over three to four days, including Thursdays and Fridays.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Uniform Ordering: Ensure timely and accurate uniform ordering for both business units.
  • Company Credit Card Administration: Manage company credit card activities efficiently.
  • Weekly Custom Clearance Submissions: Submit customs clearance on a weekly basis.
  • Employee Expenses Processing: Process employee expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Environmental Usage Tracker: Update monthly environmental usage trackers.
  • Annual Stock Take Administration: Assist with annual stock take administration tasks.
  • Payroll Administration: Support payroll administration by collating information for submission to the payroll bureau.
  • Reward Discount Scheme Administration: Administer the company reward discount scheme.
  • Purchase Invoices Processing: Process purchase invoices effectively.
  • Holiday Cover: Provide holiday cover for the finance team as needed.
  • Additional Accounting Duties: Perform other accounting duties as required.
