Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented Contracts and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our Industrial Dust Extraction Division, you will be responsible for managing contracts, developing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of all systems contracts
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Develop and manage a list of approved suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with sales team to ensure cohesive sales and contracting strategies

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contract engineering and industry experience. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. A company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, printer, and PPE will be provided, along with additional benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for training and development.
