Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a corporate lawyer with 4-10 years of post-qualification experience in areas such as public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, and commercial law. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in corporate and commercial law, with experience in supporting Fintech companies with their initial launch.
  • Recent in-house legal experience at a leading financial services institution or corporate, with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier firm.
  • A desire to take ownership of their career and be responsible for their own professional development and network.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally deal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills and a highly professional, flexible, and adaptable approach.
