Salary Details

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits. This compensation package reflects the importance of this role in driving financial performance and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a strategic financial advisor, you will:

  • Provide financial analysis and strategic support to the business units
  • Collaborate with the commercial business functions to optimize financial performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time financial performance monitoring

You will need to balance your role as a strategic partner with your responsibilities as a steward of financial governance and control. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders will be essential in influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • CIMA Qualification required
Travel Requirements

This position involves some travel within the UK, and some overseas travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.
