* Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans
* Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and achievement
* Providing guidance and encouragement to students to participate in activities and work towards their goals
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to teachers and parents
* Participating in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Adhering to child protection policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with children and young people with additional learning needs. A basic knowledge of child development and special educational needs is also essential.
