**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with students, fostering their growth and helping them reach their full potential. You will work closely with experienced education and therapeutic teams to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, taking part in classroom activities and outdoor educational experiences.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to confidently manage challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner.
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic with a strong ability to contribute in a variety of learning environments.
  • Relevant qualifications in teaching and learning support would be beneficial but not essential.
