Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Adults Hospital Team on a locum basis. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in assessing the needs of vulnerable adults and their carers, identifying creative and personalized ways to provide support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the needs of vulnerable adults and their carers, and identify ways to provide support.
- Work with adults with complex and complicated needs, including older people, adults with physical and sensory disabilities, and adults with learning disabilities.
- Work in a variety of settings, including community teams and hospitals.
- Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate records.
- Implement safeguarding policies and procedures, and ensure the safety and well-being of adults.
- Contribute to service development and project management.
- Social Work England (SWE) registration.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- Post-qualified experience as a Social Worker.
- Degree-level qualification in Social Work.
