Cyber Security Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our security team, you'll be responsible for managing the performance, measurement, and development of our cyber connect process, ensuring it aligns closely with our Security Engagement and Culture, and Security & Capability strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities- Accountability for the performance, measurement, and development of the cyber connect process, quantifying the success in correlation to human risk reduction.
- Manage the Security & Capability teams engagement and communication procedures, starting from initial stage of project approval to final stage of successful implementation and project closure.
- Ensure quality for all cyber security initiatives, overseeing the design of supporting resourcing, learning and development, and communications for all levels on cyber projects.
- Facilitating prioritisation and synchronisation sessions with the cyber leadership team, weighing up all cyber initiatives and ensuring software engineers have the capability to deliver each one in a timely manner.
- Manage the strategy and roadmap for cyber connect initiatives globally, ensuring it aligns closely with the Security Engagement and Culture, and Security & Capability strategic direction.
