About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Analyst to join our team at Drydens Solicitors. As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the validation, cleansing, and transfer of data between ourselves, our clients, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server 2014 software, including SSMS, SSIS, and SSRS. You will also have experience working in a regulated environment and be able to deal with multiple areas of work and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and create procedures using MS Office, SQL Management Studio Services, SQL Server Integration Services, and Business Objects to automate manual methods.
  • Perform SSMS audits of automated processes to capture and report completion outcomes via SQL Server Reporting Studio dashboards.
  • Ensure the integrity of time recording submissions using automated processes within Data Management.
  • Report performance of time recording to Group via Power BI.
  • Support Group finance in the process of accurately invoicing Fund for time submitted.
  • Maintain held data to ensure data integrity and cases correctly progressing through the account lifecycle within our Case Management System.
  • Support across other Departments to enable upgrade and migration from physical data storage to cloud storage.
  • Quality control and audit of completed tasks.
  • Process internal Data Management task requests, such as bulk data updates into our Case Management System.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of SQL Server 2014 software (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS) and SQL data referential infrastructure.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to deal with multiple areas of work and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with target audience alignment of messages.
