Join our team at Frasers Group as an Accounts Assistant, working closely with the property department and reporting to an accounting supervisor. This role is part of the wider global Property and Accounts teams, based at our head office in Shirebrook, Notts.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accounting entries for all subsidiaries within deadline.
- Maintain global property databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Analyse prepayments and accruals against budget, identifying potential errors and creating monthly reports in line with accounting standards.
- Support multiple departments across the business, working collaboratively to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with external consultants on system implementation and improvements.
- Work as part of a team of 7 to process monthly costs for all properties.
- Minimum 1/2 year's experience in a related role within a finance function.
- Working towards or ambitions of completing ACCA/CIMA (study support provided).
- Hard working and willingness to learn is essential.
- Minimum intermediate Excel skills and confidence with formulas.
- Organised and determined to succeed.
