Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our family law department, you will provide administrative support to our team members and handle general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the family law department
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist team members with tasks and projects as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
