About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at AFH Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional financial outcomes through the Six-Stage Advice Process.
  • Review and respond to clients' changing needs and financial circumstances, staying up-to-date with new financial products and legislative changes.
  • Acquire and develop new business through personal business planning, referrals, and company lead generation programs.
  • Optimize marketing opportunities, including social media and networking, to develop new business.
  • Develop and maintain good client and introducer relationships through client meetings, seminars, and continuous feedback.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims and objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA-approved equivalent) and CF30 status.
  • Clear demonstration of a client-centric approach, with excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism.
  • Experience in networking and attracting new clients through business development and effective business planning.
