About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Digital Transformation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Digital Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive digital growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall digital experience.
  • Lead Digital Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital operations, including e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Manage Digital Teams: Lead and manage a team of digital professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital strategies.

Requirements
  • Experience in Digital Transformation: Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
