About the Job:

We are recruiting for a Project Finance Specialist to join our team in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering large civil engineering projects across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification in a quantity surveying discipline and previous experience working on water projects. They will also possess excellent numeracy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include maintaining effective communications with project teams, preparing management reports, addressing staff matters, and providing commercial input to contracts. A competitive salary is offered, along with a range of benefits including a company car, pension contributions, and private healthcare.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
