Office Administrator Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the business support teams with various administrative tasks, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and maintaining organised records.
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring a warm welcome
  • Handling incoming calls and managing enquiries
  • Preparing payroll, data entry, and candidate outreach
  • Maintaining accurate records of policies and compliance documents
  • Supporting the HR team with filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Entering data confidentially and accurately
  • Preparing correspondence and developing communication skills
  • Contributing to office initiatives that enhance efficiency
  • Completing training sessions and assignments as part of your development

Requirements: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent communication skills.

The expected annual salary for this role is approximately £22,000-£28,000, dependent on location and prior experience.
