Office Administrator Trainee

You will be responsible for supporting the business support teams with various administrative tasks, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and maintaining organised records.
- Greeting visitors and ensuring a warm welcome
- Handling incoming calls and managing enquiries
- Preparing payroll, data entry, and candidate outreach
- Maintaining accurate records of policies and compliance documents
- Supporting the HR team with filing, data entry, and documentation
- Entering data confidentially and accurately
- Preparing correspondence and developing communication skills
- Contributing to office initiatives that enhance efficiency
- Completing training sessions and assignments as part of your development
Requirements: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent communication skills.
The expected annual salary for this role is approximately £22,000-£28,000, dependent on location and prior experience.
