Compensation Equity Strategist

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced reward equity consultant to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. The role involves advising business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design, and payroll compliance for internationally mobile individuals.

We are looking for someone who can work remotely across the UK and has a strong understanding of equity compensation and bonus schemes. The successful candidate will also possess experience in process design and documentation, knowledge of payroll compliance regulations, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
