Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a Training Officer, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of training programs that support the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Work with our team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients, including local induction, continuous improvement, and refresher training.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge through evaluation and feedback.
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with management to identify specific training needs across the organization and develop materials to meet those needs.
- Workload Management: Organize and prioritize your workload to meet business and regulatory timescales, standards, and deadlines.
- Training Materials Development: Create guides, presentations, and materials that support the delivery of training workshops.
- Learning Management System Administration: Manage and complete administration tasks required for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Training Initiative Development: Continuously develop and improve current training initiatives and workshops.
- Industry Research: Research and investigate new topics in the industry to create and maintain the relevance and currency of training sessions.
- Compliance: Ensure that training materials and messages meet business, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrable experience within a training or trainer role.
- Certification: CIPD is desirable, but not required. We will fund CIPD certification for the right candidate.
- Skills: Creativity, patience, and a desire to make a difference.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Training Experience: Experience delivering training to employees at all levels.
