About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Galliford Try Group as a Framework Health and Safety Expert. As a key member of the framework senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading on all health, safety, and environmental aspects.

Your main duties will include:

  • Fostering and supporting an inclusive environment to develop our HS&E culture, maturity, and behaviours
  • Leading, managing, and assuring our HS&E strategy to drive continual improvement addressing short-, medium-, and long-term strategic growth and learning
  • Designing policies that align with our overall strategy and driving efficiency through our processes and standards
  • Engaging and influencing internal and external key stakeholders through the plan, prepare, and delivery of project lifecycle

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
