Financial Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join our construction team as a Quantity Surveyor.

• The successful candidate will play a crucial part in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled, and budgets are met.

1. Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
2. Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
3. Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
4. Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
