About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PDI Technician to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars' Fleet Distribution centre in Long Marston.

Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional customer care by providing technical advice, conducting vehicle inspections, and performing maintenance and repair work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their vehicles are in optimal working condition.
  • Work within established protocols, adhering to legislative, corporate, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring colleagues do the same.
  • Foster a supportive culture among colleagues, aligned with our client's PPA.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Hold a full valid driving license, NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience as an Automotive Technician in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to manage time effectively to complete PDI and/or minor repairs on a minimum of 12 vehicles per day.
