Job Responsibilities
- Industrialise new equipment and modify existing equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and standardise processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Understand and own multiple highly skilled processes across the business, including documentation and technical reporting.
- Manage projects, stakeholder expectations, and technical reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide customer-facing guidance, steering, and challenging expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support plant, operational, and quality teams with practical and theoretical guidance to improve performance.
- Generate and maintain documentation, including control plans, PFMEAs, SWIs, manufacturing Bill of Materials, and stage drawings.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry progression and advancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering or a similar role.
- Experience in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent reporting skills, both verbally and using MS Office suite.
- Candidates with experience demonstrated in an Engineering Role without stated qualifications may also be considered.
Additional Information
- Fixed-term contract (Inside IR35) for 18 to 24 months.
