Are you a merchandising enthusiast with a keen eye for detail?

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

You will work across various categories, including The Entertainer and ad-hoc tasks.

Confirmed working days/hours: 8

Monday and Thursday

Plus ad-hoc work as agreed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: You will know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Comfortable with manual handling and moving products from the warehouse to the shop floor
  • Will to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (paid extra)
  • Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car
