Job Title: Principal Fire Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Fire Engineer to join our team at Hunter Dunning Limited. As a key member of our Fire Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering complex fire engineering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage technical aspects of larger projects or components of major projects
* Support and mentor Fire Engineers within your team
* Delivery of fire consultancy services, designer services, and fire strategies
* Lead the fire engineering team to deliver multiple projects
* Attend design team meetings throughout the project
* Support with business strategy and digital innovations
* Preparation of reports, engineering designs, calculations, and specifications
* Project manage from start to end including financials, quality management planning, and customer care

Requirements:

* Engineering Council Accredited BEng Hons, MEng, or MSc
* Ideally 7+ years' experience in fire engineering
* Extensive experience in delivering fire-engineered solutions for UK-based projects
* Familiar with active, passive, and active fire protection systems
* Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, working to tight deadlines
* UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
