Educational Support Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Educational Support Specialist to join our team in Bromley. As a recent graduate with a First-Class Degree, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and abilities, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with young people in an educational capacity and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering curriculum content to students, supporting their intellectual and pastoral development, and liaising closely with senior leadership to advance your pedagogical skillset.
Salary: £500 - £550 per week (PAYE)
Job Summary:*
- Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
- Support smiling students intellectually and pastorally, cementing yourself as a key figure in their educational journey
- Encourage students to raise and surpass their own self-expectations
- Liaise closely with senior leadership to advance your pedagogical skillset
- Role starting immediately until July 2025 - with opportunities to continue beyond
