The Student Enrichment Officer will provide key support to international students, ensuring a positive experience through event co-ordination and engagement. This role involves assisting with student forums and committees, planning enrichment activities, and supporting induction events. The post holder will also liaise with staff and stakeholders, promote events, and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in planning and implementing suitable activities and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staff and key stakeholders.
  • Promote and publicise all events, managing promotional materials.
  • Liaise with tutors for school excursions and assist with risk assessments.
  • Conduct student tours and facilitate ISC student clubs and societies.
  • Assist with setting up student volunteering opportunities and coordinating induction events.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in administration, events, and education environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills and data protection knowledge.
  • Good time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
