We're seeking a skilled and innovative Business Systems Manager to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through the strategic management of our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimize our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy, managing projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce, and strong knowledge of NetSuite and integration technologies.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration, with experience in NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of Apex coding, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Certifications: Salesforce and NetSuite certifications are desirable.
