About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk and manual handling assessments for new clients to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain effective quality assurance systems to monitor and improve the quality of care services.
  • Provide regular supervision and support to domiciliary care workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
  • Collaborate with the Field Care Manager and Branch Manager to deliver a comprehensive care assistants' development and training program.
  • Participate in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absences and ensure the continuity of care services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supervising others in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car (although alternative travel arrangements will be considered).
  • Strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
