About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Komplex Group. As a Care Assistant, you will be providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injury, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
- Administering medication and managing client's health needs.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Working collaboratively with our Operations Manager and Registered Manager to ensure the best possible care for our clients.

Requirements:
