Senior PLC Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior PLC Automation Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG automation, with expertise in PLC programming and a passion for optimising automated systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated systems, including PLCs from leading manufacturers such as Siemens and Allen Bradley.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated systems, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and downtime is minimized.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and modify automation solutions that meet safety and quality standards.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance production performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong PLC programming skills, preferably with experience in Siemens and Allen Bradley systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with production teams and other stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of automation principles and concepts, with a passion for continuous improvement.
