Job Description
We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Maidstone. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will work closely with our experienced occupational health team to provide comprehensive health support to employees. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Spirometry assessments to evaluate lung function;
  2. Pre-placement medical screenings to ensure employee suitability for roles;
  3. Audiometry testing to monitor hearing health;
  4. Drug and alcohol screening to maintain a safe working environment;
  5. Night worker assessments to identify potential risks;
  6. Pre-employment medicals to ensure new hires are fit for duty;
  7. Health promotion initiatives to improve overall well-being;
  8. HAV's (Hand-Arm Vibration) assessments to prevent workplace injuries.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have an up-to-date NMC number and be able to work autonomously as part of a large occupational health team.
