Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate our team to achieve sales and profit targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Manage stock inventory, analyze consumption, and maintain stock storage areas
- Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and health & safety rules and regulations
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with the General Store Manager to coordinate all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Perform other duties as designated by Operations Manager due to business demands
Requirements
- Proven working experience as Supervisor/Duty Manager within the Food Industry
- Demonstrated experience in guest service management
- Extensive guest care knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Financial management skills
