Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and provide care that is tailored to each client's needs

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
