Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, booking appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. They will also participate in on-the-job training to develop their skills and knowledge in optics and retail management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and develop new skills are essential for this role.

Benefits

This apprenticeship offers a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum, paid over a 12-month period. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive a weekly allowance of £500, representing a total value of £26,000 over the course of the apprenticeship. Upon completion of the programme, you will have gained a nationally recognised qualification and acquired valuable work experience, making you highly attractive to potential employers.
